Typically, our packages start from £279/month which depends on the equipment you have available, distance to travel, number of sessions required and number of people being trained (up to 2). |

Frequently Asked Questions
What locations do you cover?
We are based in the south-side of Glasgow and can generally travel within a 10-mile radius for sessions. Some of the areas we cover are Newton Mearns, Barrhead, Paisley, Bearsden, Kirkintilloch and East Kilbride. We can travel further afield on an individual basis so just ask if you are unsure. |
What if I don’t have any exercise equipment?
Depending on your goal, equipment may not be necessary. For some strength related goals, some equipment becomes necessary which we can bring along with us or can hire out to you. This allows you to keep things clutter free and not purchase anything that won’t get used. |
How many days per week do I have to train?
We’d normally recommend 3 to 4 times per week for best results however we’ll normally start with 2 planned sessions to get the momentum going. If you can commit 30 minutes every single day to something physical such as stretching, sweating or walking outside of your planned training then you’ll get amazing results. |
Are my results guaranteed?
Every training session is designed for you. There are weekly check-ins and a regular reviews to keep you accountable. We’ll make changes to your program when needed to keep you moving forward. We’ll overcome stumbling blocks as they crop up. All of this ensures you make the progress you want and deserve. |
