I’ve never worked with a personal trainer, what’s involved?

I don’t feel comfortable working out around too many people, will the gym be busy?
It is our aim first and foremost to create an environment that is comfortable and puts you at ease. All of our personal training sessions take place at a private training studio in Glasgow's Southside. There will be no one else present.
What level of fitness is required to start personal training with you?
Often the biggest misconception is that you should be at a certain level of fitness before you can use a personal trainer. This is a massively limiting belief as we are the best place to start if you have absolutely no experience. We will always start you at the most basic level before progressing, meaning that for every bit of effort you put in, you will reap the right rewards. We can also make sure you don’t develop any bad habits early on and give you a truly personalised fitness experience.
