This brand new Fundamentals of Weight Training workshop has been designed with your feedback and requests in mind. 

You'll get the answers to all those questions you are left with after a typical gym induction such as:
  • How to perform the Squat, Press and Deadlift with safe and effective technique
  • How to continually progress in the gym without necessarily adding weight
  • How to tailor your lifts to suit your goals and your body type


It will take place on Sunday 26th May at True Gym Westend from 11am to 1pm.  

This workshop is suitable for total beginners, both members and non-members at True Gym Westend.

There are only 8 spaces on this workshop with 4 having gone already after I announced it on Instagram. The cost is £30 per person and the workshop will be 2 hours long from 11am on the Sunday morning.
