The split jerk is the movement that most commonly stops you from unlocking a big increase in your weightlifting total. The name is a bit of a misnomer and often leads to a shaky and unstable jerk.

Join us to learn the foundation drill that will give you a rock solid, stable jerk to bring up your lagging overhead strength.

There are only 6 spaces available for this to keep the highest standards of coaching delivery meaning you'll get plenty of time to ask questions and receive individualised feedback from your coach.

After attending you'll have a clear idea about:
  • How to perform the Jerk with correct technique
  • The biggest things holding you back right now
  • How to improve your technique to progress to heavier lifts

This workshop is suitable for total beginners or lifters who have dabbled a bit but need some professional instruction.

The workshop costs £30 and will run for 1 and a half hours from 9am on the Saturday morning.
