There are some things that you should be aware of in order to get the most out of our service. There is a 6-month minimum commitment to this service in order to give you the best possible opportunity to achieve your goals set out in the consultation. Terms and Conditions
Minimum Term
There is a 6 month minimum commitment to online personal training services in order to get you the best chance of achieving your goals. If you wish to cancel within this period, then the remaining monthly dues will be payable in respect to the minimum term. If you are joining our 12 Week Transform program, then your term is for 12 weeks only. There will be the option to move to monthly and skip the minimum term conditions. Cancellation of Online Personal Training If you wish to cancel your online personal training, then this can be done with 30-days’ notice. If you wish to cancel with less notice, then there will be a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 months online personal training fee. Rescheduling Check-In Sessions In order to reschedule a booked session, you must contact us with alternative times 48 hours prior to your booking. If you must reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice then you should contact us to see if this is possible, we’ll always do our best to consider the circumstances but can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to operate outside our standard policy. Missed Check-In Sessions If you fail to show up for a booked session, then unfortunately this session will be lost. If you are going on holiday or have something coming up that will prevent you from fulfilling your sessions then we may agree to let you roll these sessions over if you contact us with 14 days’ notice. |
